Veg Kebabs are one of my favorite recipes. These are made out of paneer, cheese, and dahi which results in delicious crispy kebabs on the outside and soft inside! this is a very easy recipe and is ready in less than 20 minutes. PREPARATION TIME:10 mins
1/2 cup of paneer.
1/2 cup of cheese.
1 cup of bread crumbs.
2-3 tbsp of roasted besan/ gram flour.
1/2 cup of hung curd.
1 tbsp of chili flakes.
1 tbsp of green chili.
1 tbsp of salt.
1 tbsp of grated ginger.
COOKING TIME: 10 mins.
STEP1: In a bowl, add 1/2 cup of hung curd, 1/2 cup of paneer, 1/2 cup of cheese, and mix well. Add 1 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of chili flakes, 1 tbsp of greater ginger, and 1 tbsp of chopped green chili combine it well.
STEP2: To the mix add 3-4 tbsp of roasted besan and 1/2 cup of bread crumbs and mix it well.
STEP3: Refrigerate the mix for 5 minutes. Add them to skewers and desired shape of your choice. Coat them in breadcrumbs to get that crispy golden cover and deep fry them.
STEP4: Serve them hot with pickled onions and green chutney! and your veg seekh kebabs are ready to eat!
