TIPS FOR MAKING THE BEST CHILLI OIL NOODLES
To make the perfect Spicy Chilli Oil Noodles every time, I suggest following these simple steps!
Always bring water to a boil before adding the noodles. Cook them until al dante.
Add less salt during the prep as soya sauce also has salt content in it.
While making a bigger batch of this recipe use exact measurements.
Do not add piping hot oil to the mix as it will burn the chilli flakes.
INGREDIENTS FOR SPICY CHILLI OIL NOODLES
NOODLES- For this recipe, you can use any type of noodles, here I have used Hakka noodles. You can also use rice noodles, whole wheat noodles.
OIL- Oil is the main ingredient that gives the noodles the oily texture, I have used normal sunflower oil you can use any other oil of your choice.
CONDIMENTS- The condiments used are soya sauce, sesame seeds, chilli flakes, salt, and black pepper.
STEP BY STEP RECIPE
PREPARATION TIME: 5minutes
1/2 cup of boiled noodles
3 tbsp of cooking oil
1 tbsp of chilli flakes
1/2 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of sesame seeds
1/2 tbsp of black pepper
1 tbsp of the stem of green onions.
1 tbsp of soya sauce.
COOKING TIME: 5minutes
STEP1: In a bowl add 1 tbsp of chilli flakes, 1 tbsp of sesame seeds, 1/2 tbsp of salt, 1/2 tbsp of black pepper, and 1 tbsp of soya sauce and mix it well.
STEP2: Take 3 tbsp of warm oil and add it to the mix.
STEP3: Mix the prepared chilli oil with boiled noodles.
STEP 4: Garnish with chopped green onion stems, chilli flakes, and sesame seeds and it is ready to it!
