To make a perfect batch of mango ice cream every time I suggest following these simple tips, and you will never feel difficult to make it!
For getting the perfect sweet mango flavor ensure that the mangoes are ripe and do not taste sour.
Use cold whipping cream so that you get the perfect consistency of ice cream.
Do not add a lot of milkmaid it might make ice cream very sweet.
Use an air-tight container or cover the bowl with cling wrap to eliminate the formation of ice.
Let the mix set in the freezer for 7-8 hours or overnight for better serve.
If the mixture tastes icy whisk it one more time and lets it sit for 30 minutes.
INGREDIENTS FOR MANGO ICE CREAM RECIPE
There are three ingredients only!
Yes fresh mangoes I prefer using Alphonso mangos it the best for any kind of desserts, or you can use any other type of mangoes but they should be sweet. Remove the skin of the mango dice them in cubes and used a mixer to blend them into a paste.
HEAVY OR WHIPPING CREAM
Fat is an important part of ice cream as it makes it rich. I like very creamy ice cream for that I use the whipping cream for this recipe.
I use milkmaid you can use sugar also, but do not use a lot as the whipping cream and the mangoes do have sugar in them. You can also skip this part if you want.
