Healthy Lettuce Wrap at Home in 15 minutes| theflavours101.

We all have enjoyed having wraps at various places where they are made with tortillas, Here is my take on wraps a healthy version which only takes 15 minutes for preparing the entire wrap isn't it great! healthy as well as time friendly with ingredients in your pantry!



  • 1cup of chopped onion

  • 1 cup of chopped tomatoes

  • 1 cup of boiled corn

  • hummus

  • 1 cup of lettuce leaves

  • 200 gm of paneer

  • 1 tbsp of chili powder

  • 1 tbsp of garam masala

  • 1 tbsp of salt

  • 1 tbsp of paneer tikka masala


STEP 1: Take 200 gms of paneer in a bowl, add 1 tbsp of salt, 1tbsp of chili powder, 1 tbsp of paneer tikka masala, 1 tbsp of garam masala, and mix it well.

STEP2: Once mixed well add 1 tbsp of butter to a pan and add the paneer to the pan and cook it until golden brown.

STEP3: Take on lettuce leave add 1 tbsp of hummus on the leave, 1 tbsp of chopped onion,1 tbsp of chopped tomatoes, and 1 tbsp of boiled corn on the leave. Add the prepared paneer you can also add cheese (optional).

STEP4: Wrap it up and secure it with a toothpick and your Lettuce wrap is ready to eat!
