Waffles are classic breakfast and brunch staple and have become so popular because of its crispy golden brown exterior with a soft and smooth interior. It can be served with a lot of sweet and savory toppings.
This is an eggless waffle recipe that you can enjoy!
1 cup all-purpose flour/ maida.
1/2 cup milk.
1 and 1/2 tsp butter.
1 pinch soda-by-carb.
2 tsp baking powder.
1tsp vanilla essence.
1/2 cup powdered sugar.
COOKING TIME: 20mins.
LET'S GET STARTED...!!
STEP1: Take a bowl, add 1 and a 1/2 tsp butter, and 1/2 cup powdered sugar and mix until fully combined.
STEP2: Add milk in portion and keep on mixing once combined together keep aside.
STEP3: Using a siever sieve 1 cup all-purpose flour/ maida, 1 pinch soda-by-carb, 2 tsp baking powder.
STEP4: Mix until you get a lump-free batter. If you feel that your mix is a bit thick add a little milk and mix again or your batter is very runny you can sieve more all-purpose/ maida to the mix. This recipe can be rectified if you face any of these situations.
STEP5: Once your batter is ready keep the batter aside of five mins. Preheat your waffle maker for 5 mins before adding the batter grease your waffle maker with some butter.
( Refer to your waffle maker manual for the cooking time required to make your waffles. Mine was done in 10-15 mins)
STEP6: Once out of the waffle machine let it rest for a minute or so to become a bit crispy on the outside and can add the topping of your choice.
