Eggless Chocolate Brownies| theflavours101.

Chocolate gooey brownies are one of my favorite kind of brownies which have a crispy top with a soft gooey texture inside. You can switch to milk chocolate if you are not a big fan of dark chocolate. These brownies can be served with vanilla ice cream too!



  • 200 gms of Dark chocolate.

  • 100 gms of butter.

  • 1 cup powdered sugar.

  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour/ maida.

  • 4 tbsp of cocoa powder.

  • 1/2 tbsp of baking powder.

  • 1/2 tbsp of baking soda.

  • 1/4 cup of milk.


STEP1: Roughly chop 200 gms of dark chocolate add it to a bowl. Add 100 gms of melted butter to the bowl and mix until the chocolate and butter is totally combined.

STEP2: Add 1 cup of powdered sugar to the bowl and mix it well.

STEP3: Once the sugar is combined totally add 1 and 1/2 cup of maida, 4 tbsp of cocoa powder, 1/2 tbsp of baking powder, and 1/2 tbsp of baking soda mix until it is fully combined do not over mix or your brownies will sink from the center.

STEP4: If your batter is very dry and crumbly add 4 tbsp of milk and slowly mix it do not add a lot of milk it might make the brownies very soft.

STEP5: Take a square or rectangle tin box grease it well with butter and add the batter in the tin box and let it sit for 5-10 mins.

STEP6: Garnish it with some chopped walnuts (optional). Preheat the oven for 10 mins at 180 degrees.

Bake it for about 30-35 mins at 180 degrees.

STEP7: Serve it hot with some vanilla ice-cream.
