Why wait for takeout when you can make a delicious burger at home with a few ingredients and some staples from your pantry! This recipe is a step-by-step guide for your delicious burgers.No veggie burger is complete without its own special sauce, I have included instruction on how to make the perfect tangy, sweet and spicy mayonnaise dressing. Enjoy!


PREPARATION TIME: 15 mins.

INGREDIENTS.

  • 8-9 boiled potatoes.

  • 1/2 cup boiled peas.

  • 1 cup bread crumbs.

  • 4 tbsp of cornflour.

  • 1 tbsp of red chili powder.

  • 1 tbsp of garam masala

  • 1/2 tbsp of coriander powder.

  • 1 tbsp of salt.

  • 4 tbsp of tomato sauce.

  • 4 tbsp of mayonnaise.

  • 4 tbsp of shezwan chutney.




COOKING TIME: 25 mins.

STEP1: Take 8-9 boiled potatoes and mash them.

STEP2: Add 1 tbsp of red chili powder, 1 tbsp of garam masala, 1/2 tbsp of coriander powder, and 1 tbsp of salt and mix it well. Once it is mixed add 1 cup of bread crumbs,1/2 cup peas and4 tbsp of cornflour and mill it well. Let it sit for 15 mins.

STEP3: For the sauce take 4 tbsp of tomato sauce, 4 tbsp of mayonnaise, and 4 tbsp of shezwan chutney and mix it well.

STEP4: Make small balls of the potato mix and press them flat and deep fry them until golden brown.

STEP5: Toast the buns on both sides apply the made sauce and add veggies of your choice I added tomatoes and lettuce for my burgers and shredded cheese. And your delicious burger is ready!

STEP6: Serve it hot with french fries!
